Carrefour poster that indicates 30€ refunded by the manufacturer up to 16/01 , purchase on 13, no form making the customer manage by returning home ... and discover that if the offer existed well it ended on 31/12. On the phone we are promised to remember by playing the watch, we have never been reminded so I try the Google opinion. And I can't wait at the crate, unbelievable... Edit Carrefour: I have a message from you (signed 'Léa' asking me what product it is, without indicating how to join you.. it was a Bosch coffee machine, with built-in grinder. I went this Friday shopping. The amount due is over 200 euros, I give my card fidelity. I'm surprised not to receive the good gifts and tells the cashier who answers me that if they don't go out with the ticket it's that I don't have the right to the good gifts. Not having had the loyalty card discounts either I go to the reception. A very nice lady receives me, tries to understand and realizes that the cashier did not actually pass my loyalty card. To benefit from my card discounts this person tells me that I have to go back to my shopping cart, impossible to repermit as much time, she asks me to take out the products concerned by a card discount, I get him the salmon, already 20 minutes of listening. So I ask him the right gifts and ask him to put my loyalty points. She tells me I have to go back to my shopping cart to get the points on the map. Not having time I ask him a commercial gesture for discounts that I did not have and for unregistered points) She calls an official who categorically refuses. In front of this refusal and finding it not commercial at all I tell the cashier that I leave my shopping and ask for reimbursement of my shopping cart. Once again she tells me I have to empty my shopping and we have to iron everything for a refund.... I lost more than 1/2 hour. A pure delirium, I made my card fidelity to the person of the reception who was really nice), I will no longer give a foot in this store. And I'm writing this opinion, because I find that such a sign has such incompetent and commercial officials.
