Steak N Shake - Tinley Park

The shift manager, Asanti, was extremely helpful and patient as we navigated the kiosk. She stepped in to assist us when we made mistakes. The service we received was outstanding and we haven't experienced such friendly service in a fast food restaurant for a while. The food we dined in on tasted fresh and the milkshake was perfect. It really hit the spot. Thank you again for the great friendly service.

The staff are nice, professional, and helpful. I really like the fact that we take our orders. The food was appealing, flavorful, and enjoyable. The only down side was the tables because they didn't clean them. I defiantly understand that when it's busy there's not a lot of time to do that, but it would be more appealing to eat on a clean table.

Would give 5 stars but they burger patties were very thin. Almost as thin as the cheese. Awesome taste though! A small wait but fresh 2 times out of 3

I had a double cheeseburger and a vanilla shake at this restaurant. It was delicious. I had some trouble using the kiosk machine, but thankfully the cook assisted me (thank you). I do miss the servers and the friendly atmosphere. One suggestion is that the staff should always make sure to keep the tables wiped clean at all times.

I went to this restaurant for lunch and decided to dine in using the kiosk. I ordered a double cheeseburger, cheese fries, and a sweet tea. We didn't have to wait too long for our order, and once we got our food, it was hot and delicious.
