Restaurant terasa Gradina Banateana

Located close to Bega river, the terrace is strongly recommednded for a luch or open air dinner. Try the Mediteranean sea food plate, because is really tasty.

Excellent location by the Bega Channel, beautiful terrace surrounded by a lot of vegetation, good food especially the soups and good service taking into consideration how crowded it always is.

I had today, again, the opportunity to eat at Gradina Banateana. The food taste is excelent, type of food is mostly romanian traditional. Staff is very friendly even late in a Sunday evening. Parking place available in the restaurant yard that is at 50 meters...from Timisoara Center and a few meters from Bega river inside a wonderful park. The only downside I see that let's say, the staff was tired and did not bring the food for all at the same time so two of us eat and the 3rd eat 15 minutes latee. Nevertheless was not really disappointed and for sure will return for the taste!

I visit this place several times in the last few years. A few years ago it was a restaurant with romanian food. Novadays, they split the location and add some kind of mediteranean (but they serve also Pizza) food. Most visited (and from my poin...of view reccomended) id the romanian food restaurant. And during the hot summer evenings a nice place to stay too.
