Argentinian Steakhouse - Timişoara

Had some argentinian steak and it was a tasty choice. The meat was good and I really enjoyed the sweet potatoes as a side dish. It is not the best steak but i think it can’t go better in Timisoara. The bounty cake is just delicious with a perfectly balanced sweetness. I think the prices are expected for a steak house. I’ve been there on a Friday evening and the place have a lot of reservations and full tables so consider booking in advance.

Great atmosphere, tasty food, excellent service. Argentinian is one of the better restaurants in the city. It offers a great variety of dishes, with plenty of vegetarian and fish options to choose from if you or your group are not big fans of steak. The staff is very attentive and friendly as well, which makes up that full high-class restaurant experience.

The service is excellent. Professional and polite. The tenderloin was grilled well and tasted fine. The peppercorn sauce i ordered to accompany the steak is not like a traditional cream and brandy peppercorn sauce and it contained 70% peppercorns. The sauce tasted terrible and this much peppercorn in the sauce is inedible. The beef soup was a cheap flavorless money grab with the lowest quality scrap meat from the kitchen. You would expect a better soup from a Soviet era soup kitchen like Puzata Hata in Ukraine. Overall the food dissapoints.

The beef tenderoin was really delicious, very good meat, cooked as it should be (I ordered it medium), only with salt and pepper. I personally found the “Frittfleisch Guacamole” something too fat for my taste, but my partner liked it. The dessert “suspiro” was better than expected. The service was also great, both the restaurant manager and the rest of the staff were very attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

The food was very good and the ambience amazing! The waiters were also super nice! You also have parking, which is amazing when you go by car.
