I worked in a Chinese food restaurant for years (Ming China in Newport NH) due to that I'm super super picky when it comes to Chinese food and hate most local Chinese takeout around us, THIS place is almost identical to the food we made at Ming and absolutely delicious the chef even called to make sure it was made how we had asked for it!
