If you ever think you’re doing yourself a favour doing curbside think again… you’ll be waiting 30 mins+ and they probably won’t even get the right order. Save your money..

This place has gone downhill so badly, the staff are extremely lazy and have no ambition to assist customers, the food preparation is horrible, they had the bun beside the meet in the box, I didn't think it was possible. It seems like the Tillsonburg McDonald's has taken it upon themselves to be the worst restaurant in the province. I have no ambition to ever walk through those doors again. They are a real triple threat Food, Service, and Atmosphere all horrible! Thank you for making my decision easy to never visit again!

McDonald's can never get an order right. Ordered dip and they didn't put it in the bag, no straws, they asked us if we wanted large fries so we agreed then received medium fries and the qp BLT had no bacon. It says BLT on the box...McDonald's sucks at quality control.

It's just ok. You are lucky if your order is correct. Big Mac sure had shrunk over the years.
