Chinese Garden - Tillamook

This restaurant serves old and unappetizing food. We ordered takeout and found that the food tasted old, microwave reheated, lukewarm, and the chicken seemed undercooked and spoiled. The Kung Pao chicken had a strange odor and was also inedible. The vegetables were overcooked and chewy. When we tried to return the food, they refused to give us a full refund, only offering $15 back out of the $45 we paid. After threatening to call the health department, they reluctantly gave us the partial refund. This experience led me to leave this negative review, as I cannot understand how anyone could give this place 5 stars. The food was disgusting and the service and atmosphere were equally poor. We tried the wonton soup and the Happy Family dish at this restaurant. We also ordered veggie rolls, which were delicious. The portion size was generous and easily fed two people. There is plenty of parking available and the restaurant is kid-friendly. We had no issues with our takeout order for dinner. The prices per person range from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5. Recommended dishes include the Egg Flower Soup, Deep Fried Shrimp, Pork Fried Cashew Chicken, and Mandarin Chicken. The parking lot is free and spacious.
