Bidrage med feedbackIt was an interesting experience. the server was very knowledgeable and the service was fast and efficient. that was not great. they had a strong start with the mushrooms and speck, but that was it. the Spanish tortilla was very hot, but a bit...Bland for my taste. the paella came out quickly, but it was also a bit bland. I don't think the restaurant is bad, I just think they had a free day.
We went there to have a business meeting, eating was highly recommended and it is very ingenious. freshly baked brot is a beautiful tasty bite and the eating overall is very delicious. the service is extra slow, waiter pay hardly attention. we have to wait 10 minutes. for a waiter come and take our order, another 5-8 minutes to get cuttlery and I still wait for my tax back. I'd just go back if I have a lot of time, I'm not hungry and it's just fun.
It could not be the best in the city, but it is worth the trip, the option in the tapas menu is very good, and overall the taste is very good.
I love the beautiful exterior of Lorca, which is housed in a whitewashed Spanish-style bungalow, topped with a red tile roof. So very pretty. The dark interior is pretty and comfortable. The owners are usually on site, which is a plus. From the menu, I...enjoy the jamon serrano, any of the chicken dishes and the orange flan. The wine list is quite extensive and the service is smooth and efficient.
I really wanted to love this restaurant. The family offered excellent personal service:Visit from mother chef) to table to discuss dishes. Allowed the whole table 8 persons) to try the red and white wines they recommended without charge. Pleasant background music. The physical plant...warm, inviting, European feel, great menu choices, interesting evening activities. But the food just wasn't in the same category. Trout not fresh, parchment chicken underdone. My veal stew was good but not memorable. The homemade bread and in house cheese cake was the best thing on the menu, unfortunately.
