Mcdonald's - Tiffin

Ordered a large mocha latte they bring me a small tried to get the lady to go get the large she sends another person out and he brings me the small I explained I ordered the large and if they didn't hear that, I would pay the difference he hands me the small and goes back in and never comes back out. I thought that was quiet rude even after I was willing to pay difference cause I thought maybe they didn't hear me.

Used app to save time… had to go in because they forgot about me. I went to counter all the workers looked at floor at wall didn’t acknowledge me. I was told it was shift change so they were waiting on my drinks. I went and got them myself and the entire order was wrong!!! Lack leadership management was in the back.

We arrived to the drive thru and nobody spoke to us over the speaker. 2 minutes later another car pulled up to the other lane. They got their order taken immediately and we had to wait for them to finish and try to catch employees attention over the speaker. We ordered 2 simple coffee drinks, they were ready before we got to the window. We had to wait 5 minutes for the employee to finish her conversation with other employees to get our drinks. We were 2 hours away from home and were getting there after 11pm. When we got the drinks they were watered down due to the ice melting. Worry about the customers first and conversation second please.

I personally never have a bad experience at this McDonalds. I've had a few long waits bit that's only because it was busy. The male manager or shift leader they have they have working there is very friendly

Tiffin ohio has the best McDonalds! The French fries are hot and the McNuggets are fresh!! The employees know that if the food isn’t fresh it will taste like garbage! These employees care!!
