Royal Curry Centre - Thurrock

Have ordered from here a number of times and as good as the food is, the service and delivery times are absolutely shocking. You get decent portions, usually a freebie as well which is always good. Sadly, I doubt I 'll ever be ordering from them again due to my last order taking over two hours to be delivered to my house, which is around a 15 minute drive. Phoned up to be told that driver was just leaving and over an hour later it still hadn 't arrived. Phoned up again and was told the same thing and it still didn 't arrive at the same they said it would. After over two hours it eventually came and was just told 'we are busy '.

We ordered from there yesterday and even though it was quite late it was very high quality and was delicious.

In the area and decide to have an Indian takeaway. Found this place online and rang an order through. Pickup personally rather than had it delivered. The place will certainly not win away awards for style or décor. But my meal was ready on time. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. And I had no problems in the morning (if you get what I mean). Will use again.

Ordered a Home Delivery from Royal Curry House last night told it would be an hour because they where busy. Not a problem but 1hr 20mins still not arrived telephoned and was told another1/2 hour. So I cancelled order. Very poor communication and much to long a wait would have been 2 hours.

We have a take away from this Indian quiet often have found the food to be very good the delivery time is good as we'll.
