Wendy's - THREE RIVERS

They used to be good, but lately they are messi g amounts up and eat badly together hard rolls simply disgusting after 3 messups and nasty eating

Went there last week and they screwed up my order when I went back in a few minutes, they turned away customers because it was system down. they talked with customers very rude. that is always long. today I sat in the drive thru for about 20 min then when I was my time to order, they turned customers again saying that they closed and took last shows. that was at 20:34 o'clock. they do not offer any of the customers anything to wait for them. they would also have booked someone outside or Q sign saying they would close early so that people do not wait for 20 min..Customer service is terrible. do not understand the commands correctly and turn them over and over again. you don't get my money anymore.

Went there last week and they messed up my order when I went back in a matter of minutes they were turning away customers because there system was down. They way they were talking to customers was very rude. The wait is always long. Today I sat in drive thru for about 20 min then whennit was my time to order they were turning customers away again saying they were closing and took there last orders. This was at 8:34pm. They don't offer any of the customers anything for their wait. They also could have had someone outside or q sign posted saying they were closing early so people weren't waiting for 20 min..customer service is horrible. Don't get the orders right and always turning people away. You won't get my money any more.
