Bidrage med feedbackThis place is always either super amazing or the worst food ever. It changes every day. Try the fajitas they seem to be the most consistently good, however if you aren't a fan of cactus make sure to let them know or it will overwhelm the dish. My only real complaint is that this place doesn't serve alcohol and I like a good margarita with my Mexican food.
Kind of a mixed bag here for me. Would like to have rated higher but the wife's meal was awful. My meal not bad but not good enough to bring review more than two stars. Breakdown: My meal was the Fiesta Burrito. Pretty good actually, can recommend. Rice pretty good with some hot sauce. Refried bean okay. Wife's meal was the Grande Cheese Enchiladas, not good at all. Pretty sure they were flour tortillas rolled up with a dash of cheese inside. On the outside it was doused with melted cheese stuff. Pretty bad does not say enough. Staff was great, very attentive and polite. Restaurant was clean. It has the potential to be a good dive but they have to get consistent in their quality. They had a buffet at lunch but I didn't check it out. Would like to have given it a better review just on the staff alone but that enchilada plate was a mess.
Very good food! Order the carnitas! Will eat there again. It's a hole in the wall but very consistent. Frequented by the oil and gas community, great spot for lunch
Hands down best fresh salsa Ive ever had! Been to Mexico numerous times. This has the right amount of everything! They bring you chips and salsa to the table. Take your order. Then they bring you a bottle that squirts salsa out with your meal. My husband and I ate there for 12.00. I had a flour soft taco with al pastor and refried beans and he ordered a carne asada burrito. The meal was magnificent!! Service: Dine in
I had the carne guisada with cheese enchiladas. I will say this, I've ordered this same plate at dozens of restaurants strung across multiple states as I travel for work; and this place is the absolute best. The beans and rice were fantastic, the tortillas were perfect, the meat was savory and tender. This place is worth it and the food was worth way more than the menu price. This really is a hidden gem. But don't take my word for it come try it for yourself! Parking: Plenty of room, with easy access. Kid-friendliness: Family restaurant with all of the small town appeal you could imagine.
