Was going to eat here but the employee was sitting on the counter with a tray touching her lips and the inside of her mouth.. watched her put it back in the clean tray pile. No thanks!

What a disappointment. I had heard great things about Charley's. The employees were just laughing and having fun, couldn't care less about my order. Won't be going back ever. Charged me for the everyday special but didn't give me fries. So I paid $7.49 for a small philly and the lady behind paid $7.49 for a small with fries. He just laughed and said oh I can drop fries it will be 3 mins. I said never mind. Just a bunch of kids who don't care about customer service. And it wasn't even good.
