Chili's Grill - Thornton Township

Services subpar, they are very understaffed? The waitress we have was very accommodating. Dishes were dirty late on service, short of silverware. We waited so long to have our food delivered to us. I really think it needs to be on the new management. Food is very bland.

Very upset I didn’t receive my order and door dash tried calling Chili’s one time. When they didn’t answer he told me there is nothing he can do. The website linked my address to a chilis location in another state and the dasher left the order outside of an unknown consignment shop per her text. I’ve been hung up on and now out $60+ due to the website not working properly.

Good staff! Not so good management! Let me explain! Friendly staff but the last three time I went (dine in or take out) issues with my order! Advice check check check your food before you order Togo food.

Our experience was good. We was seated quickly. Our waitress was very nice and prompt. Our food came out quick and it was fresh and hot. We had no complaints. We appreciate good service and good food. Thank you!
