Bidrage med feedbackOn top of my original complaint, the item was cold likely because they never put it in the heater. This is one of the worst experiences I 've had with this location. My original complaint is I had earned a free pretzel item reward and selected redeem now when I was next in line after a group that I thought had already ordered but I guess decided to make 3 more separate orders. I stood there next in line for over 10 minutes so my earned reward which had not been redeemed expired . The cashier put the code in manually and I paid the remainder for my lemonade mixer which is severely overpriced at 50 cents more than the regular which is already overpriced. After I paid the difference and was waiting for my drink in addition to my free pretzel, the cashier said the reward expired. I explained that was because I had been standing in line for over 10 minutes behind a group that seemed to acquire more people with each separate order. I told her I wasn 't leaving without the free item I earned and the item I had just paid for. After a minute with my frustration and disbelief increasing, she finally honored the unused yet expired reward. My issue is with the time limit of usage of an earned reward. I also have an issue with the price if the lemonade. I also have an issue with the service because rather than apologizing for the wait which caused my earned reward to expire and honoring the reward without rebuttal, she made me uncomfortable and upset by initially refusing to give me my order. I usually order ahead in the app and pick up my order, but today I didn 't. The wait would have been the same regardless because they don 't honor pick up customers before the ordering customers. Another problem I have is the inventory. In the mid afternoon there shouldn 't be anything not readily available. They 've had all morning to get items prepared and in the heated container. It was only 2 people, one at the register and the other making pretzels. Every other customer or group shouldn 't have to wait 15 minutes per order.
The only thing I ordered was a large raspberry lemonade. It was ok. Everything is just overpriced these days.
Nothing special. It is inside River Oaks Mall, kind of depressing, mall is dying, lot of stores are closed, no food court!
Two times in a row I went to this location in River Oaks Mall. I asked how long before pretzels are done. Every time they say 10mins. Then no they don’t expect or seem as if they want you to wait. Literally the vibe they give you. So I start walking off just for them to start putting butter on pretzels. Second time there 30mins after the mall is open on a Sunday there’s absolutely nothing ready to they’re getting ready to make the first set of pretzels. No, let me not lie you can order a drink only, because that’s the only thing that be ready. Just so unprofessional!Went back today and it was a huge difference! There was two workers who seem new and the one man who was cooking was great! He took the order from the glass and was really professional and helpful. Thanks for making it better.
The cashier who worked 10-30 around 6:45 pm was very unprofessional and had a nasty attitude I won’t be back never
