Onezo Tapioca Wán Zuò - Thornhill

Handmade tapioca was great and drinks were smooth and refreshing. Definitely recommend!

Onezo differentiation point is their tapioca. I ordered the taro milk tea, which I enjoyed. The last review about them reusing the tapioca and washing them is giving me pause. ? I hope they fix that issue because I enjoyed their drinks. There is one staff member who was managing the store, and they seem to be hard working. ?

Our go-to bubble tea spot! We love the passion fruit green tea here most of all and we are addicted to the handmade tapioca.The staff are usually super friendly but just be mindful that their hours are sometimes a little inconsistent, especially during the week. We’ve been let down a few times for that reason but keep coming back because the drinks are great.

Tried to get a drink from OneZo but the store did not open even though it says it opens at 12pm. There was a woman and a kid in there and the woman saw me and still refused to open. Tried to call to see if there's any plans to open and she didn't even pick up the phone. Unbelievable..

I ordered 0% ice and 80% sugar. I visited in the evening. As soon as I got the drink, I walked to my car and back to the plaza as I was picking up more items at other stores and noticed that my hand was sticky after placing my drink in the car. When I got home and held the drink to my door, I noticed a drip and my hands were sticky again. It wasn’t sealed properly and I also saw at this point that there is ice inside. I checked my car and there was a small spill I had to clean up.In the video you can hear and see the ice in spite of the label, and also see the drip on the sticker. Picture shows where it wasn’t sealed correctly when I looked for where the drip came from.In general service was friendly, the drink was yummy and there was a good amount of tapioca inside. If they had gotten the order right and sealed properly I would give this 5 stars. Docking 2 stars mostly due to the improper seal and inconvenience of sticky car and hands.
