Title: Disappointing Experience at Marcello’s pizzeria.I recently visited Marcellos with high hopes for a delightful dessert experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling rather disappointed. While the ambiance and decor were pleasant, the restaurant's policy regarding seating left a sour taste in my mouth.Upon arriving, my party and I expressed our desire to enjoy some desserts. However, we were informed by the staff that we could only be seated if we ordered a full meal. This rigid requirement seemed unreasonable and inconvenient, as we had specifically come for dessert and were not interested in a full meal.The inflexible seating policy created an unnecessary hurdle, making it feel like the establishment prioritized maximizing profits over accommodating guests. It would have been more welcoming and customer-friendly if they had allowed us to enjoy their desserts without insisting on a full meal.I hope that Marcello’s takes customer feedback into consideration and reevaluates its seating policy, allowing guests the option to enjoy their delectable desserts without being obliged to order a full meal. This change would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience and attract a wider range of customers.In conclusion, my visit to Marcello’s was marred by an unnecessarily restrictive seating policy that prevented me from enjoying their desserts as I had hoped. I sincerely hope that the restaurant addresses this issue, as I believe it has the potential to provide a more inclusive and enjoyable experience for its patrons.

I have been a customer for many years, and let me tell you, this place never disappoints . Got a new look . Looks amazing inside and the food always tasty ?.

The Mozzafiato pizza was unbelievable. My only regret was not getting 2.San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh burrata, hot sopressata, fresh basil, honey

I’ve been here a few times and the food is always great. The last time I went, however, the Diavola pizza I ordered was so salty I could barely get through it. Not sure if it was a one off or if it’s usually that salty.I highly recommend saving room for dessert because the tiramisu is really good.

Went for dinner last night with friends and was shocked with the owner 's response to a simple request. I wanted a cup of tomato sauce on the side with my calamari. He refused. Wouldn 't budge. His response was not the way it is served and he will not accommodate my request. No discussion. If I wasn 't hungry, I would have left. Zero customer service skills! Will not go back.. there are a lot of Italian restaurants who would do anything for the customer to have a postive experience. Not this owner. If you want something different or prepared differently.. this is not the place to go
