Papa Johns Pizza - Thorndale

I ordered a deal online 2-2-2 2 large pizzas and a 2 liter soda. they have forgotten my soda and the guy told me I'm calling the restaurant. I called and the man who answered, couldn't find my order at all, he just said next time that they only call and ask for a limo. I said I want a refund or I want the soda. He always said to ask one limette next time. this is terrible service! who will remember to ask for a limo when we order a pizza again? Not to mention the pizza lasted half an hour to come to us and was cold. not order again!

I have ordered the delivery from here three times and all three that I had to drive into the load to pick up the article they forgot. they refused to bring the missing thing to me every time and said they could repay the thing, but then a person in the house would have to go without their food. when we get the food, it's good, but the service here is venerable and guessed secondly to return after the third strike.

It's a complete **** if you eat properly. the first few times we ordered from this place, it was mostly fantastic. the manager, john, was great for us. he never hesitated to do that right when something was forgotten or if the app didn't work, etc. but I started thinking he must have recently announced what an absolute shame would be. before a week I ordered a buffalo chicken papadia for delivery and instead became a bbq huhn papadia. the Papadia box was marked correctly, simply did not have the right eating in the inner. it was also extremely hard as it had sat under a heat lamp for too long. I had to throw it out. my man demanded to let them know (with the intention to have made it new, but the man with whom he spoke (not johannes told him that he refunded and hanged his money. I thought that would be a one-time case when sometimes mistakes happen, and today ordered a buffalo chicken papadia. not only was it a small pizza simply cut in the half, but as they can see, there is not even any buffalo sauce on it. when the order was delivered to my apartment, it was only 15 minutes until they were closed. I tried to call the whole 15 minutes straight and was sent immediately to keep every time I called until the load is closed at 9. (I can't confirm this, but it's my firm conviction that the staff who works probably knew who called and why, and the staff didn't choose to take the call because it was so close to the closure. without the chance to make the food new, I decided to do what I could. After I had made it hot in franken red, I also discovered that it had no ranch that it had under the cheese. no sauce, no buffalo sauce, just chicken and cheese on a pizza chest. it wasn't great. order on your own risk. or just call them and see if john works first because he will at least make sure that you eat is done right. but if john no longer works there, I would have to recommend avoiding this papa johns at all costs.

Ordered 2 Large Pizzas at 8:20p.m. and didn't receive them til after 10pm and they were cold. Won't be doing business with them anymore!

Delivery service is terrible. Estimated delivery was approximately 40 mins. Waited over an hour and still no delivery. Impossible to get ahold of anyone at the store. Do a pick up order if you want anything from this store.
