Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Went here last night. There was vomit halfway ?cleaned? up in the bathroom, they didn?t take my order for about 5 minutes even though no one else was in line (just one family of 4 waiting on their food but the front line worker rather wait on their orderto come down before he can even take mine?and then all 3 of my family?s drink choices were out (cherry coke, dr. Pepper andstrawberry lemonade?not even similar drinks to be out of all). Get home and the food was horrible. Fries were old. Oh, and themusic selection coming from the kitchen was not really restaurant friendly. Never going back to this location. I?m pretty easyto please, but it?s mind blowing how downhill this place has went.

First time ever being at this location. Cashier wasn't too friendly or helpful when I explained I ordered on the app and wanted to make sure it was correct. Chicken fingers were not cooked all the way, but fries and toast were hot and fresh.

The food is good if you get the right order. The staff is extremely unfriendly. My mom has a stutter, and was having a hard time ordering so she was repeating herself a lot. She repeated ?that Dr Pepper with no ice please? and the girl replied ?I heardyou.? Like come on she was already struggling and for her to add that was ridiculous. I get not liking working fast food but wewere 100% polite. My mom even apologized for making her upset for repeating and SHE SHOULDNT HAVE HAD TO and the girl ignoredher and slammed the door.

The food maybe good, but the management staff is rude and disrespectful.. We were double charged for our dinner and refused a refund.. Guess they are really desperate for the extra money.. I will NEVER go back there again.. By the way Corporate wascalled and they never tried to fix the problem)

The Manager that works here needs training. She's a disgrace. We order 4 meals . My son which is 11 ordered a burger ???? after taking two bites his nose and mouth started ????. They had put Spicy sauce in his meal. Upon bringing the Manager attention Sherefuse to replace his meal. The young lady that took our order was very helpful. After she realized what was happening Shedecided to pay for the buger with her own money. That is when she returned to the front and was very rude and loud. I leftthey with my stomach so upset that when I went home I was throwing up. She's disgusting and needs training
