Little Caesars Pizza - Thomaston

It was packed out. Those guys on front counter rock. They have excellent customer service. Everyone was very neatly and professional dressed. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your job.

Last several times I've ordered a pizza they never get it right if I ask for a thin-crust cut round they always cut it square and if I ask for a pizza with pepperoni I end up with pepperoni and beef things were going really good with the place I don't know what's happened I have a couple of their associates up they're very rude that maybe one day they'll get it all right actually good place to get a pizza if you can get it actually right because the prices are fair

Stuffed pretzel crust with no cheese in crust. Salt all over pizza. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Anyways it's little Caesars, say less.

I hate giving negative reviews, but the process they use to serve the customer on site is , being polite, inefficient. I saw my order setting on the back counter for 12 minutes while the counter person packed up many more orders, only to bring all of them to the counter at the same time to sort them rather than first in, first out.I like the product, but service sucks.
