Chili's Grill - Thomaston

Clean and well kept! The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. I wish I could remember our servers name b/c she was a gem! Having kids herself she was very patient funny with ours ordering. There was another table with a family of kids she was the samewith them. Our food was Delicious and on point. My husband and daughter are still talking about the best burger they've everate. ???? We traveled there to grocery shop at Ingle's. As it is the closest one to us. We are already planning to go back eatat Chillies and this time explore the town.

We celebrated with friends and family a birthday and a had a party of 10 and our waitress was fabulous. Our order came out perfect and the food was excellent. I knew the company would be great.

Food was just ok. Service was not great. We had a party of 9 but there were only 2 other small tables sat when we arrived (not to include those at the bar) 2 smaller parties (one of 4 and one of 3) came into the restaurant after we had ordered our foodand both of those tables still received their meals before we did. We also asked for our checks while we were still eating ourmeal so we could get back to work. A member of our party had to walk towards the back to track down our server to get our checksabout 10 minutes after we were finished with our meal and she was only then inputting them. Overall it does not have me wantingto make another visit anytime in the near future

Consistently slow. They are short on staff. We waited 5 minutes for someone to greet and seat us. Table next to us had a small dog with them. Not on a leash and did not appear to be a service dog. I will not go back to this restaurant again.

We had a great experience tonight at Chili's. It was 9 of us. We ordered, got our food, ate, ordered desert and ate it and was out of there within an hour. Our waitress Becka was a awesome waitress and the cooks did a great job on our food.
