First impressions, especially when eating with small children, were good. Everywhere it seemed impeccable that I didn't discover any mangled chips that smile under the chairs. We got a high chair for our youngest (more for consideration than anything else ha) Not flowing French speakers, we were grateful that we were able to order on the touchscreens. There were no problems not having a chicken, so do I think the previous reviewer might have been unhappy? I am not particularly technically challenged, but I have fought with the self-service drink station, perhaps because it is the first time that I used one with Q codes, but it was not particularly intuitive and unlike those you were using the levers/keys to help yourself the additional need to scan the code seemed an unnecessary flap. The climbing frame outside was a bonus if even a bit grubby inside and it looked like there was a bit of fire damage inside at the top (yes, full-grown woman had to go to her above mentioned minibeast) that was covered with Perspex, but was sad to see that Oiks exist everywhere.

What about the French KFC? You go in there and they never have KFC chickens, so what does c stand for in KFC? I can only guess. It's a joke. Luckily I like hotwings, but if you love original chicken, you can only do it in France where there are special promos about 2 times a year. It's a sad joke. And his so expensive, England is cheaper.

The person we ordered has not recognized us for 5 min and the worst of it is that it has trained a new person, which means that the new person is trained with bad customer service. Hope mgmt. reads this and changes. This was on Friday night 24 August at 19h
