La Cantine Corse - Thiais

We couldn't have eaten there until 11:00, but at 7:50 when we arrived we were told that it was not possible to eat.

My companion's meal landed in the toilet barely arrived at home. Carbonara paste without flavor. It should be noted that the bacon after the cook are sewn tips cut into the lamella so hyper fat. Knowing the Atelier Corse in Mennecy by name, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it had a link with this restaurant in Thiais. The welcome was very pleasant and the dish was plentiful and good. I will go back there !
