Excellent choice! I have visited enough time and a very safe choice with beautiful surroundings and delicious dishes.
Cross-contamination is taken very seriously, and all GF orders are prepared in separate rooms with clean utensils and oils. I came to breakfast every day during my trip to Thessaloniki. Delicious food and fluffy GF bread.
Food was really good and definitely trustworthy on safety. I spoke with the owner who shared their accommodation for GF celiac foods is due to the sous chef’s wife having celiac; so, they take great care and outline what brands they use for seasoning, etc. Everything GF is cooked separately, with separate utensils, etc.
Great! So nice to have a dedicated gluten-free menu card! And the waitress/waiters knows about gluten and stuff.
