It is unfair when the business only focuses on taking care of online and delivery orders. When we went to dine in and have pizza, we waited for 20 minutes without anyone taking our order because the staff were busy fulfilling online orders. There were more than 8-10 people standing in line, while the whole team was occupied making pizzas for online and delivery customers. It would be fair if MOD closed for dining in and in-store orders. It is important for online orders to be processed efficiently so that customers do not have to wait. We ended up wasting our time and leaving without having any food.
