Walston Castle Beefeater And Travel Inn

Five of us had lunch at the restaurant and we all had a great time. The fish and chips were the best we've had in a while and we will definitely return. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

We were really impressed by our recent visit to Walston Castle. The service was absolutely spot on, every waiter who served our table was friendly, looked really happy and usually made us very welcome without being over the top. The food was really good, and what impressed me most was that it provided a list before what WASN'T on the menu due to storage/delivery questions. This was ingenious and avoided that you choose panic something else when the waiter takes your order and the chosen dish is not on. No long waiting times for service or food, the place was busy, but table spacing was well done. We'll be back.

We had three meals here in two days. The food was excellent, everywhere is clean and tidy. The staff was amazing. Charlotte was so beautiful, real and friendly that my 10 years old drew a picture for her. We'll be back soon.
