Old Village Shop Cafe

I enjoy that I can walk into the restaurant that offers a variety of options, order at my own pace, and enjoy a full breakfast and tea. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. It feels like the welcoming heart of the community.

After a long night shift, I couldn't think of anything better than the Village Shop and Cafe in Bonvilston, Vale of Glamorgan. The breakfast was excellently cooked and served by friendly staff. This family-owned business has persevered through the entire pandemic, supporting the local community. Thank you to Andrew and the team. I will definitely be back soon.

This restaurant is dreadful. They have no understanding or consideration for disabled children, and their attitude is shocking. I will never visit this place again, it was a terrible experience.

I and my wife recently held in the old village shop cafe for a takeaway spring roll and one of their daily specials. wow! my delicious roll included a generous help from sausages, speck, hash-braun and, as desired, just past. they have such a good call to the breakfast! regarding my wife, she was blown away by her chili con carne, and her chips are supposed to die. really friendly service (danke julie and victoria and they made us very comfortable with their covid security measures in the place. they had great cakes too!

A very welcoming cafe, serving great food, with friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. Plenty of parking and bikers welcome.
