Excellent food and presentation .Service was good and attentive .We have eaten there several times and the standard has been very good .On each occasion not many other guests but we did chose to eat early evening .Cannot be faulted for quality of food or service so a shame not a wider take up .Thanks for a lovely meal

Service and drinks were good, however, the beef I had with my Sunday Lunch was very poor. Small and fatty. I complained and was told the chef had been told. I expected some compansation as it was very poor something off the bill/discount next time etc.

We were pleasantly surprised with the refit of this old faithful pub. The tasty food and helpful staff made this a really lovely evening for us and nothing was too much trouble. We have already returned for Sunday lunch which was even better than our weekday meal.
