The Capital Grille

This is the second time at this location and it's just not as good as the other Capital Grille locations I have been to including the other Houston location. It wasn't terribly busy and we still didn't have good service. Just was an anticlimactic experience.

Mother's Day at The Capital Grille. Ambiance, decor, service, drinks, desserts, coffee were all 5 star. Limited menu. Steaks overcooked, food dry. Prices were not consistent with quality of food. Not our best experience.

Excellent dining experience. Jay was his usual wonderful self. He combines excellent service with a deep culinary and oenophile knowledge base, sharing his knowledge with his customers.

Whenever I am in Houston, TX, there is one place that I always make sure to visit and that is the restaurant known for its incredible Lamb Chops. As a food lover, I have tried many different versions of this dish, but none have ever come close to the perfection and masterful execution of the Lamb Chops at this restaurant. The moment I take my first bite, I am transported to a world of delicious flavors and textures. While the service could use a few minor improvements, such as being more attentive to refills without having to ask, the overall experience is still phenomenal. The atmosphere is classy and the vibe is simply amazing, making it the perfect place to enjoy a mouth watering meal.

Our experience was incredible. Our table was ready upon arrival. Our drinks were delivered in a timely manner. Our food was prepared properly and served at the correct temperature.
