Jasmine stood at the cash register and stared at her phone until another employee told her there was a customer in front of her. She then looked up and blank stared at us. No words. No greeting. Not even what do you want? What exactly is her job?

Terminal E Javier is lazy and doesn’t have a customer service I kinda wondering how he got a job that needed customer service worst Starbucks employee I ever deal. Before I went on the long line I asked one of the employee if they have medicine ball and she said yes so I went to the long line when I get to front and asked for medicine ball Javier said they don’t have I told him what his co worker told me before I went in the long line and he insisted and I told him you just don’t wanna do it coz your lazy that you don’t wanna do your job the laziest Starbucks employee I ever and I over him talking about his co worker they let go I wish they will let you go too coz your lazy and don’t have customer service characteristics

Bad attitude, bad service. January 15th at 11:55 AM, I put an order using the all after waiting in line for a while. I checked the status of my order every 5 minutes until I waited 33 minutes. I went to the coffee bar to ask if my order was ready, but the cashier yelled at me publicly for not making a line. I decided to get help from someone else, and another girl kindly wanted to check it for me, but then the cashier asked her to stop helping me. What's the point of yelling at customers? Is it not allowed for the customer to ask for their orders after waiting more than half an hour? Is the cashier expecting the customer to make a line to ask for an order put 33 minutes ago? Being a cashier at a coffee place is about people. I hope they give the opportunity to someone who doesn't dislike attending customers. I’m very disappointed with Starbucks. I hope they
