Bidrage med feedbackDisappointed, confused, angry. I want to know why that a bicycle cannot be served in the Drive-Thru at 1:00 a.m. or any time of day. The facts are, that In front of the Taco Bell are two designated lanes for bicycles which the roads are designed for. It is more environmentally friendly to ride a bike. I can ride my 2-stroke motorcycle (horrible for environment) with the engine off and be served in the Drive-Thru. In addition when. I did try on my bicycle I was ignored when I approached the window. The staff actually left me with no service. I was able to download the Taco bell app before I had to knock twice on the window to get some answers. A man (not the original order taker) came and explained that bikes and pedestrians not welcome in Drive-Thru. I asked if I can order with the app and he said yes. I asked if I could go home and get my car and be served he said sure. So I pull around front and try to order thru the Taco bell app. I am the only guest trying to get food and the app tells me I wait 5 minutes be they are busy. I can see the 2 employees from the front where I am. They are snickering. So after waiting 5 minutes I am prompted to try again, which I do and sm denied because they are too busy. I was and still am So mad at them. I was being nice and trying to follow rules. Which is not posted anywhere to not order on bicycle or foot. I was super hungry and had my dog in a basket who was hoping for his usual treat. What happened to customer service??what about the environment? This is wrong.
