Sedition Brewing Co. - The Dalles

The beer was good. Our food could have been fabulous, but the salads were overdressed and way to spicy. There was noone else there at 1:00 on a Saturday. Staff could not make compensation decision because the owner was not present.

Their flight come with 6 of your own choosing. We asked for a couple more, no problem ! All 8 hubby and I tried were great, averaging about a 4.7 out of 5 on our own craft beer scale. The staff was sooooo helpful and friendly and the food was great too, we highly recommend going here! Oh and they make some wicked chipotle salad dressing too!

The beer was good. They had a wide variety to choose from. The venue is nice with lots of room if you have a large group. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the food. We ordered the nachos but it took about 20 minutes to come out and when they did, they were presented in a can.... It ended up spilling out and making a mess. No napkins, silverware, or plates. I may go back but only for the beer.

Lots of potential here, but not a favorite yet. They didn't have very many beers when we visited and what we tasted didn't impress us a ton. But the atmosphere and the building were super cool and the service was great. We will give it another shot on a future trip!

Simple menu to fit perfectly with the star of the show, The Beer! There was 1 seasonal, an IPA, a Saison (my favorite) and beer they called the Common that was better than any domestic for a similar price. All the beers were fantastic and easy to drink with a TON of flavor. Hard to believe it's only 1 brew master crafting all that beer. Wait staff was incredibly friendly. Can't wait to make it back.
