Tim Hortons - the Creek in Stoney Creek

Usually a pretty good experience there. We always stop there, on our way to McMaster Hospital. We have a child with special needs, and we are frequently there. Usually, things are pretty okay. It was upsetting that while I had to use another local business to take my daughter to use washroom .. they wouldn't serve us at the trailer unless we could bring our vehicle through. I was unable to get it through. Otherwise, I'd say the store before renos was 4 star over all. Pretty good service. But they're so busy they probably just need extra hands on deck at times.. and the special needs bathroom requires a key to use and that can be inconvenient when they're so busy and my daughter needs the bathroom asap..

Stopped into this location today for the 1st time. The counter staff was really friendly. The tea was perfectly made the tim-bits were super fresh still warm. I will be back to this location for sure!

Very pleasant experience. Drive thru line up was long but staff appear to be working hard to keep it going. Most staff are very helpful and friendly.

My career takes me to different cities and towns. Stop at various Tim Hortons this location checks all my boxes! Drive Thru Organized Fast FOOD Taste FRESH looks like food. Most timmies are sloppy with breakfast sandwiches BEVERAGES Coffee HOT FRESH ERROR Rescue If there is one it is rectified with no arguments EMPLOYEES Extremely Friendly and well informed. Thank you to management for making your employees happy ! IT SHOWS

Only problem is drive thru is very slow. Need to put limits on what u can order so not holding up customers who only want coffee and donuts.. and not lunch for multiple people.
