I did not get my order from McDonald's they charge my card and never got it where my food

The young lady who took my order was very very polite and she smiled. But the lady who gave me my food was rude and mean. I didn't like the food. I just need to cook my own food.

I ordered delivery from this McDonald's to my house only to have it delivered back to McDonald's? I spent $50 and never received a refund, and my order was never canceled. This was the worst McDonald's experience. Do not order from this McDonald's.

Rep gets confused when you add or take out items from burger. I requested a double quarter pounder deluxe with lett ketchup and mayo for my daughter because she is allergic to the pickels, tomatoes and onions and all I got was the burger with cheese. When I made the claim to the ladies that brought me the sandwich, she wasvery rude and got upset and sent another girl with the doble quarter pounder deluxe but this time it had everything my daughter was allergic to. I ended up throwing the burger away I didn't have the time to go back and forth with that old lady and rudeness. I went and spent my money somewhere else where I felt I had the right customer service.

I bought a big breakfast with pancake.took it to my car that was park in the parking lot at mc donald.sit to eat the psncake was cool the egg was over heat and stiff.and warm.,the cofee was the only thing was up to standard.I was so up set i spent $12 .49.And was not satified with their services.
