Damn place is always forgetting something in my order when going through drive thru

These ladies working on the drive-thru was talking amongst themselves while I'm waiting for my food to be handed

Food is good here but, this is not open 24 hours as they like to advertise. The drive thru is 24 hours. If you’re not driving late night, you’re not eating.

I would not be writing this review but todays service was so great. Even my kids insisted I write a review (6,9 and 10 year old). This is definitely our McDonald’s but today was much different experience. Our drive thru service was soo great even memorable not just for myself but my kids. I did not get her name, but literally not too long ago came home with my order. Whoever she is, thank you so much for such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. You never realize how a simple act can really change your whole mood within seconds. Kids immediately stated how friendly and nice she is. And even after coming home eating their meal they still speak about how great she is. I want to thank you. Because after a overwhelming work day, and even can be overwhelming for the kids after school you created a calm positive atmosphere.

My go to McDonald's for sure. I usually take my 4 years old daughter there for the always popular happy meal and something for myself. I developed a good friendship with one of the maintenance personnel and we chat from time to time when there's a chance. Place is clean, has decent parking space and good service..!
