Mi Ranchito - Thayne

We didn't really like it. I guess I'm Not into authentic because that chocolate sauce on the burrito was disgusting. Some sauce that came on mine was equally unappetizing. Not a friendly vibe going on either. We will stick with Juans

Great service, delicious and authentic food. Having spent most of my life in south Texas, it has been difficult to find quality Mexican or Tex-Mex here in Wyoming but Mi Ranchito is a taste of home.

As a Texas girl, I am very particular about my Mexican and Tex-Mex food but Mi Ranchito fit the bill. The interior is stereotypically Mexican (decorated with sombreros, pictures of mariachi band members, and folklorico dancers) but clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is made fresh and from scratch. I have had the green enchiladas, the asada (grilled steak), the pastor (pork), the pollo (chicken), and every single time it's been delightful. And the horchata makes me feel like I'm back home. This is the best option for Mexican food in the Star Valley area.

Food is awesome , me and the fam will be coming back !
