Costa Coffee - Thanet

Day trip to margate. friendly staff with fast service. clean with a lot of seating.

This lovely corner coffee shop has friendly and polite staff. Unfortunately, they don't have enough personnel or time to clear tables promptly once customers are finished. We had to clean and sanitize our own table in order to sit down. Despite this inconvenience, my friends and I enjoyed our delicious green tea. Overall, I would rate it a 4 out of 5.

What can I say? Not enough personal touch. They are missing a customer restroom.

Big coffee, the seasonal drinks and tasty they do. always greeted with a smile, no matter when the day or how busy they are.

When I visited Costa, it was very quiet. The food was just as great as expected. However, it was disappointing that I had to make a purchase to use the restroom, which should be a basic human right. Additionally, the staff were not particularly friendly.
