The Albany - Thames Ditton

Really friendly, hard working staff. In view of the fact, how busy the place was and how few workers there are, they have done an incredible job. yes, we had to wait one here and there, but they had so many tables to look for, and they did not show any stress, they did not even lose their friendly polite attitude. we even had three separate people who checked that we were satisfied with our meal and if they could do something more for us. eating was all delicious as usual, place was clean and it is one of the few places that my family are all really excited to go

Have been to the albany at a few locations and never disappointed. friendly staff and good eating with beautiful views of the thems. can recommend a visit on a sunny day on the terrace or a cozy evening in the interior. photo shows a favorite, the asian style crispy duck salad

Great location, beautiful interiors, beautiful team and good ipas; unfortunately they also had average eating. came here with the family, had a nice time thanks to the very attentive service, but eating was not the best part of the experience and that was the main reason for coming. the nozzles came cold or lacked the most important ingredients or were simple and average in taste. when the less reserved ones complained about eating, the crew was there to sort it. in the opposite to eating they were great.

What a treat, my first time visiting this lovely pub after moving just down the road and must I say what a lovely pub. The food was spectacular and the service and view was even better. Both waiters called Tom were attentive and caring and lively to talk to and Katie was even chattier and her Aussie accent had my family in stitches
