What a lovely pub we found on our day out !! Food so amazing ! the lovely guy who served us was so lovely !! ...met the landlord ... he was lovely too ! cannot wait to go back and have the service we so expect for a lovely day out ! brilliant !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH !

Yet another wonderful Italian Evening (3 May 2015).This time we had Minestrone and calamari, followed by Steak Cacciatore and Pollo a Reggiano, the cheese board (enough for 2) and desserts. A lovely bottle of Montepulciano to wash it all down with. Service was superb too. Thank you very much Jo, Phil and Ange.

After enjoying another fantastic Sunday lunch following a big family gathering last week, a Valentine's Day special, and a few spontaneous visits, I realize I need to control this tasty habit before I gain too much weight. The food truly is exceptional, especially the chicken, sausage, and chorizo bake served today.

Tony and Marion Bostock had a wonderful dining experience last night. Grahame and Val Pugh also had a great time. Special thanks to Joe and the rest of the team for their warm hospitality.

We had the steak and then chocolate pudding tonight (Thursday special) it was absolutely delicious and the service was brilliant. Thanks everyone.
