The dining experience was subpar unfriendly service, unimpressive food portions for the price, and slow service. We won't return. We've ordered takeout here before, and it was ok. However, when we visited for the buffet with our kids, two waitresses were exceptionally impolite and made us feel most unwelcome. The buffet servings were minimal, eg just 1/4 of prawn toast per person, and additional dishes such as another spring roll took over half an hour to arrive. After our starters, we requested rice and main dishes, but were told the kitchen couldn't accommodate it and we couldn’t both have a main dish of our choice. We paid £26 per person for the buffet and received spring rolls, prawn toast, and 2 duck rolls. They were rude to us and our restless children, insisting they be quiet. The restaurant owners need to catch up with the times children should be welcomed, not silenced. We won't be returning to this restaurant; it was a disappointing experience.
