Pipasa - Test Valley

After living in the village for over 10 years, this was my first time visiting Pipasa. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. While the food was alright, I have had much better Indian meals elsewhere with higher quality. I was also disappointed to see rice being moved from pot to pot by hand in the open kitchen, which is not ideal. Additionally, receiving reheated chicken breast in this day and age is unacceptable. Pipasa needs to improve their standards.

This Indian takeaway is delightful. The flavors are excellent and not too greasy. My order was quickly prepared for pickup. I highly recommend it!

I was staying in the area and had a craving for Indian food. Despite there not being many reviews, do not be discouraged as the food and service were impeccable.

Without doubt this was the best Indian takeaway we have ever had. Freshly cooked, extremely tasty. Vegetarian options were delicious. I'd recommend the tandoori paneer. The chicken methi was outstanding. Poppadoms were great and lots of delicious onion salad and sides. Can't wait for the next one!

So.. we are on lockdown but our local Indian takeaway never disappoints! We ordered, they delivered personally...and the time we asked for. (and you can get them through ‘just eat’ too) The food, hot, delicious and good quality. I know people that travel to get their takeaways from here. I can’t recommend enough!
