Chick-o-land - Test Valley

Delivery didn't arrive, waited half an hour before calling only to be told they had delivered ages ago. Checked outside and said it wasn't there only for them to hang up on me. After calling back they acted faster, tried calling the driver and couldn't get hold of him so they sent a speedy replacement. The food was nice, but there's really no need to hang up on a paying customer.

Nothing else was open so had to order a delivery from chick o land. Cheesy chips were amazing (wish I ordered double) Hot wings are weirdly addictive Boneless chicken is dryer than my mums tumble dryer

Worst place in Andover food is horrible and dry customer service is non existent do not give this place a penny of your money. Wish I could do 0 stars

They got our order wrong twice for the second time they came to deliver and he was raising his voice saying we didn’t order properly when in fact they, are the ones that can’t do the maths. Don’t know how to speak to people always speak to customers like we owe them something. Ofsted should definitely pay them a visit because it’s shocking! We tried about 3 times today for us was a big nooo they don’t apologise at all or let you speak super rude. Chick o land is not what it used to be.
