The one star is grossly overrated. Are you still completely clean in the pear? For me definitely not. And then this disrespectful behavior from the staff towards their customers? Especially a disgusting, disrespectful saleswoman in my eyes. What you have done, that was under all sow and is by no means sustainable. This person will be hearing from me again. We don't live with backwoods here after all. How can the lessor of the Aral petrol station do this? How can Aral AG represent the behavior of this lessor and his staff?

Situation: I bought an Elfbar for 9 euros at the Aral gas station. Firstly they didn 't give me a receipt, secondly the product doesn 't work. I unsealed it after a few minutes which revealed the product was defective. At the same time I returned to find out the situation where they told me the manufacturer 's phone number and said that they would contact me in case of anything there. But I have a lot of questions that they haven 't given me answers to. Firstly, why in any store if the product is not valid or does not meet the quality it can be returned if there is a receipt (which was not issued to me), secondly, I asked to issue me a license for this product I have also not received, it showed I am disappointed. And I 'm not outraged because of 9 euros , that 's a question of principle. I don 't want anyone to be deceived in the same way.
