Waffle House - Terrytown

I love waffle house. I only get one thing when I go. The cheesesteak. O.M.G. it's soo gooodddd. No, but for real though. When I wanna get wild, I add Tabasco sauce and A1 to it. This location actually picks up the phone when you call and I loved that. The staff was hella nice. As usual, the prices are reasonable. Atmosphere? I mean… it's the Waffle House

The restaurant was clean, organized, staff interact with each other respectfully… received immediate service… Diamond’s customer service was exemplary… she was attentive and relayed our order as we asked…Ms Dawn cooked our breakfast to perfection eggs were fresh and cheesy, bacon and toast cooked perfectly…. Love their teamwork, will return!!!

Walked in....no one in kitchen area. Servers were all sitting in be back of restaurant....asked if I needed help....didn't even try to get up and offer any kind of service. Seemed like too much trouble to even get up of their chairs. I turned around and walked out. Do not plan on returning to this place.

Here at the present moment. Only 2 servers and manager are working. We have been very patient. While waiting, we noticed the only guy working, he went from cleaning the table with bare hands then went to the grill area to prepare someone’s to go plate with no gloves on or washed his hands! We were given utensils in a coffee cup with water, he cleaned the table, left it wet and sat us at a wet table without wiping it. The syrup was not warm and it made my waffle cold. Did NOT enjoy this meal!!!!

Thank you for my wonderful exit breakfast. You were very professional and attentive. I will return with the family. Look out. GREAT job.
