The girl gave me vanilla sweet cream foam instead of oat milk foam and I’m extremely lactose intolerant not to mention I’m also vegan. Got my drink again and it still had cow milk In it.

You either get the best people to walk the Earth here like Kassandra, nice, sweet, friendly, very personable, or you get people like Mando who literally look like they could not care less to be there and it is an inconvenience for you to be at that store while they are working. It’s so aggravating because it’s a complete coin toss as to who you get. The drinks are good, but I noticed the difference in care, and and how the drinks are made when you have the right people working. The fact that a person pulls up to the window and can’t even be given an iota of acknowledgment is ridiculous and then to walk off and be gone without a word said to you?? like you literally work in the customer service business, you think you’d have a little bit better of a demeanor, let alone etiquette. I’m not saying she has to genuinely be happy, just don’t make me feel depressed by looking at you.

Really busy, but a nice place for coffee and fast service.

Just on one of my many coffee runs, enjoying London Fog Latte and Cinnamon Dulce Latte. They are both great if you haven't tried them before. The service has also improved abunch in the past 2 years I have been coming here!
