Tim Hortons - Terrebonne

I really like the employees here, they are relatively understanding, but the service can sometimes be a bit slow, but nothing too serious, there are always a lot of people! ?

The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is excellent, and the service from the wait staff and valets is exceptional.

The food is good like in all Tim restaurants, fast service but otherwise rude. The regular clientele is great.

I know they’re short on staff but I ordered a wrap matin and they didn’t have hash browns, the eggs weren’t cooked, I asked for it with no sauce and they still added some, then I proceeded to have to wait 15 minutes for my drink and the lady was just walking around behind the counter doing nothing meanwhile. Probably won’t be going again.

Very fast service may matter the time and the staff is very kind even if they are overwhelmed. :)
