La Cantinella - TERRANUOVA BRACCIOLINI

Great resturant with a small selection of meals. Have been there twice and both time good experience. The Service is extremely friendly.

Even when you are familiar with Tuscany, the Tuscans, the hospitality and the food, you will be surprised by this excellent venue with a great view and a warm welcome. We had typical local dishes with a perfect soft white wine from the region. A variety of fine anti-pasta, delicious pasta and superb tagliata. It was a great evening and a wonderful experience.

We made an effort to visit La Cantinella again five years after we first visited this Tuscan hidden gem. It is the best restaurant we have visited on our travels in Tuscany. Such good service and excellent food, local but with a modern twist and so very well made. We stayed this year close to Florence, so it was a good hours drive, but definitely worth the trip. Last time we stayed near by in Loro Ciuffenna and visited twice, this time I am afraid it will only be one meal. Next time we are in Toscany again we will surely visit again.
