Drevenice Terchová Resort

So we were accommodated in a cabin and for what we go around Slovakia, it is one of the best and suitable resorts for us. The cabin is clean and the equipment is satisfactory. Ground floor: entrance, living room with kitchen and toilet, fireplace, staircase and outside terrace. Although it is slightly separated from the neighbors, the outdoor grill is shared. I don't see a problem with that. People should meet and get to know each other. Kitchen with stove, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer and a few pots. Cups and plates are in line. If someone needs more, maybe ask at the reception?? I didn't try, we didn't need to. Floor: two rooms with bathroom and toilet. We heard the neighbors only at night when they went to the toilet, but otherwise it was quiet. I evaluate the wellness as follows: I was in the sauna and it was not too hot for me and even after twenty minutes I didn't feel enough, but it can suit people who don't need to be extreme. The tub with cold water was already warm from a lot of people, so the cooling of the body, but so weak, but then again, I'm extreme, so I assume that not everyone is comfortable with ice water. Different wellness, nice and cozy and more saunas to choose from. Possibility to order a massage. Relaxation offer suitable for undemanding clientele. We only had breakfast and we were satisfied with both the choice and the abundance. We had lunch there once and dinner a couple of times. The food was great, tasty, and the service was able to cope with the number of guests. Maybe pay more and they will be more eager to work. But that is up to the management of the department. Otherwise, we were satisfied with the restaurant. They cook deliciously. Parking at the cottage, which I rate as great. The surroundings offer a lot of opportunities for tourism, culture and history. Possibility to rent an Ebike at the resort. Beer lovers will enjoy themselves, Vršky beer, tasty, local and quite a good selection. Nice accommodation, pleasant environment. Too bad the non-functional hot tub. The saunas are great, the tub with cold water could be really cold, the ice scales will save it. Wifi in the wooden house slow in the restaurant is much faster. Great beer from the local brewery. Rooms: Large wooden house, 3 upper rooms with 2 beds each. The bathroom and toilet are on the upper and lower floors. Equipped living room with fireplace bar table and kitchen. TV only in the living room, it is an IPTV solution via an android box (youtube etc. available). Each Drevenica has its own wifi, unfortunately it is built on a low-quality AP from netis, so the speed is very slow and the upload is not even mentioned. Data sockets are also available, but we did not try them. The speed on the cable (android box) is approx. 15/5 mbps. The best wifi is in the restaurant about 35/35. The water pressure for showering is sufficient and the toilet seat could be the right size. It doesn 't look good if they are smaller than the bowl and then they don 't fit well. Great beds, comfortable mattresses. Nearby activities: You can use wellness, electric rental directly in the resort. bike or workout pitch and more. There are plenty of hiking destinations nearby. Walkability: The resort is on a hill and everything is nearby. It is approx. 10 minutes from shops such as Coop Jednota. on foot, about 2 km. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Food drinks: Local unfiltered beer super. Breakfast rich selection, nothing to complain about. Food from the menu is different. It is not for gluttons who are very hungry, I recommend other restaurants in the vicinity (10-15 min walk), where you can get much larger portions for the same money. I recommend tasting for experiential gastronomy. The plates are clean, the food is nicely served, the taste is excellent.
