We had a great time at Beethoven during our vacation. The room was large and spotless. The food was delicious and served with a smile. The thermal bath was a truly one-of-a-kind experience! The medical staff was both friendly and efficient. We will definitely be returning next year!

If you're searching for a hot spring/thermal spa, look up Beethoven Spa on Google Maps. I initially got confused because everything was closed at the Lázně Teplice address. However, the spa is only a 4-minute walk from there and definitely worth a visit! The sauna area is incredibly relaxing.

Exceptionally unpolite staff, a very bad impression of the place just because of this.

We booked a spa stay and specific requests related to stay with children (cot, highchair in the dining room, barrier-free access). We had been arranging it for half a year in advance and confirmed shortly before arrival. From the first day we were constantly dealing with issues like access to the room, missing cot, problems in the dining room... and it continued in the same spirit the whole time. Compared to smaller spas, procedures for adults were often significantly shortened, while for children, therapists were primarily focused on adults, there were mistakes in ordering food in the dining room, cleaning of common areas was poor... Food for clients with insurance (even with an extra charge for better food than the insurance covers) was significantly worse than for self-payers. In the building of the stone spa, you don't even have juice for breakfast and as for the taste of lunch and dinner, you can toss a coin to see if the food will be tasty that day or if it will be on the level of cafeteria food with meat like a shoe sole. Of course, everything can be attributed to Covid, the universal reason for everything. We won't be coming back. I cannot recommend it.

Thermalium není žádná pecka jak tu pár jedinců píše. Plavecký bazén malý a v tom druhém bazénu se plavat nedá, je to spíš ráchadlo na cachtání pro starý babky. Na začátku nafotili tři sochy aby to jakože vypadalo ale v reálu to žádný luxus není. Od začátku otevření to bylo drahý, ovšem loni kvůli koronaviru to zdražili na 200kc za 90 minut a myslí si že dozenou ztráty. Predrazili to a tu cenu stále drží. Lepší je zajet do Altenbergu kde to stojí 3,5 eur. A i s cenou za dojezd tam i zpět je to mnohem levnější, 5x větší a sauny naprosto bezkonkurenční. Ovšem Němci přemýšlí hlavou a nejsou nenažraný jako Češi kteří se chtějí vždycky rychle napakovat.
