Halfway Cafe - Tenerife

Una playa barroca clásica especializada en sándwiches/burgers/piadines. Tienen dos tipos de hamburguesas veganas. Pedí la ensalada especial como guarnición. Estoy muy contento porque estaba deliciosa, bien cocinada y acompañada de una pequeña porción de hummus.

We stumbled over this lovely little caffe when on a walk on our first full day in teneriffa and just had to go in as it looked so sweet and welcoming. the halfway cafe will then become our favorite place to lunch, drink or even just a small snack! Not only the location great, with wonderful views of the beach and the sea, the owners of this cafe are super friendly and welcoming too! we visited the caffe a handful of time in our weeks stay and we loved it every time! the milkshakes and fresh fruit smoothies are delicious and the cakes on this place are only divine! (the brownies were definitely my favorite) and do not forget the right food that was delicious again. we ate numerous dings of sandwiches, jacket potatoes and nachos to just grab a takeaway cat for the return trip in the hotel. I must also add that we visited teneriffa with my partner family to celebrate the 60th birthday of his father. When we visited the halfway cafe and saw that they made home birthday cakes, we thought what a perfect way to celebrate birthday while on teneriffa, but with the birthday of my partner dad the next day we thought we had no chance to make a home cake so fast with so little announcement. but we were wrong! silvia assured us that the next afternoon she could bake a simple little birthday cake that was a great news. when we picked up the cake the following day, we were amazed how wonderful it looked and how it was made in so short time. my partner dad was absolutely thrilled with his birthday cake and it was also super delicious! this place is our favorite café and we will definitely return if we are ever again on teneriffa! Beach in front of classic coffins specializing in sandwiches/burgers/piadines. offers two types of vegan burgers. I ordered the special salad contour, to the dish. I am very satisfied because it was good, well baked and accompanied by a small portion of hummus

Today with the misses. after that demand a good cup tee since we landed on Tuesday, I must say I was not disappointed. had the high tee and have to admit the house baking, service and location was all top notch. the scones were delicious and the tee was the best I had on vacation. we will return before our return.

I love this place. the best thunfischsalat with the best white brot and the best tee. yorkshire of course. we'll be back next year. let us know if they need an increase in the Yorkshire tea!
